Play a 5-note Bb pentatonic sequence as quarter notes while tapping quarter note triplets with your foot. The pattern realigns every 5 bars. Maintain both rhythms independently at 70 BPM.
Tip: Think of each rhythm as a separate musician. Your hand and foot are in different bands playing the same song.
