Play F-Ab-Bb-C over a 12-bar blues in F using only shuffle eighth notes. Accent beats 2 and 4. Start each measure with F, then improvise the other three notes within the beat. Keep the shuffle feel consistent throughout all 12 bars.
Tip: The shuffle lives in your right hand - even when you mess up notes, keep that swing subdivision locked in.
