Start on Eb (6th string, 11th fret), play the note, then find the major third (G) on the next higher string. Move to Bb7 by shifting the Eb to Bb and G to F. Practice this root-to-third movement across the Eb-Bb7 change, quarter note rhythm.
Tip: Targeting chord tones gives your lines direction. Start with just root and third - they define major vs minor.
