Polyrhythm Chord Outline

Play A-D-E progression in 4/4 time, but outline each chord using groups of 3 notes (triplet feel). A major in 3 beats, D major in 3 beats, E major in 2 beats to complete the 8-beat cycle. Repeat until the polyrhythm feels natural.

Tip: Polyrhythmic chord outlines create sophisticated phrasing that doesn't align with chord changes - it sounds like you're composing in real-time.
