Play only on strings 6, 3, and 1 using A minor pentatonic notes. No strings 5, 4, or 2 allowed. Create a 4-note phrase that uses all three strings within 2 beats. Repeat the phrase 4 times.
Tip: Wide string intervals create space in your playing. Think orchestrally - bass, mid, and treble voices.
