Play F#maj7 arpeggio (F#-A#-C#-E#) on strings 4-1, then move to Bmaj7 by keeping A# as the common tone and moving smoothly to nearest chord tones. Practice the F# root to B root movement: fret 4 to fret 2 on string 5. Repeat 4 times slowly.
Tip: The A# note connects both chords - use it as your anchor point while other fingers find their new homes.
