Play D arpeggio in 7th position (D-F#-A). When moving to Bm, keep the shared F# and A notes in the same positions, only change D to B (7th fret low E to 7th fret A string). Hold each chord for 4 beats.
Tip: Shared notes between chords are anchor points. Keep them still and only move what changes.
