Create a call-and-response melody where the 'call' uses only strings 6-4 (low register) and the 'response' uses strings 3-1 (high register). Each side should maintain its own character while completing the musical thought.
Tip: Different registers have different personalities. Low strings are the wise elder, high strings are the eager student.
