Improvise A pentatonic phrases but every phrase MUST end exactly on beat 4. Start your phrases anywhere but always land on beat 4 with a chord tone (A, C#, or E). Practice over 8 bars at 90 BPM.
Tip: Beat 4 is the springboard to beat 1. Landing there with intention sets up everything that follows.
