Play over F major-Db major-F major (borrowed bVI). Navigate from F major arpeggio to Db major arpeggio by treating the Db as if it belongs to F minor key. Use the shared notes (Ab from both keys) as pivot points. Complete the cycle maintaining melodic coherence.
Tip: Modal interchange expands your palette. The key is finding which notes connect the borrowed chord to your home key.
