Play the same 4-note phrase (A-C-D-E) in straight eighths for 4 bars, then switch to swing feel for 4 bars. Use a metronome at 100 BPM. Focus on how the timing of notes 2 and 4 changes between feels.
Tip: Swing isn't faster or slower - it's where you place the subdivision. Feel the difference, don't think it.
