🥁Rhythm & Sync
hardMetric Modulation Spiral
Start playing F blues scale at 120 BPM in quarter notes. Every 8 beats, double your note rate (quarters to eighths to sixteenths to thirty-seconds). When you reach thirty-seconds, halve back down. The original tempo never changes - only your subdivision density.
Tip: This is rhythm gear-shifting - each level requires different picking mechanics but the underlying pulse stays constant.
