hardHarmonic Anticipation Game
Play over an F# major progression, but anticipate chord changes by landing on the next chord's tones one beat early. If moving F# to B major, land on B chord tones while F# is still playing. Create tension by being 'ahead' of the harmony for 8 measures.
Tip: Playing ahead of the changes is advanced harmony. You're creating dissonance that resolves when the chord catches up to you.
