🚀Position Escapes
hardF Modal Shift Escape Challenge
Start with F Ionian in position 1. Every 8 beats, shift to a different F mode (Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, Mixolydian) AND a different position. Each modal shift must be connected with a chromatic slide that becomes part of the new mode. Complete all 5 modes in different positions.
Tip: Modal shifts reveal the neck's hidden connections. Each mode is a different lens for viewing the same fretboard landscape.
