mediumF Dorian Diagonal Descent
Start on high F (13th fret, 1st string). Play F Dorian scale (F-G-Ab-Bb-C-D-Eb-F) descending diagonally - each note must be lower in pitch AND lower on the fretboard than the previous. End on low F. Use slides between positions when needed.
Tip: Diagonal movement breaks the up-and-down habit. Think like a skier, not an elevator.
