Play Ab pentatonic in straight eighths at 120 BPM for 8 beats. Without changing your hand speed, switch to playing in triplets (now you're in 180 BPM feel). After 12 triplets, switch back to straight eighths. Your hand never changes tempo.
Tip: The click stays the same, but your relationship to it transforms. This is how time becomes elastic.
