easyHigh E String Runner
Stay on the high E string only. Play frets 0-3-5-7-9-12-15 ascending, then reverse. Use hammer-ons going up, pull-offs coming down. This covers positions 1 through 5 on one string.
Tip: Single string work reveals how boxes are artificial barriers. The neck is continuous, not segmented.
