Play E pentatonic in steady eighth note triplets while counting 4/4 time out loud. Let the triplets float over the 4/4 meter. Start with E-G-A pattern and let it cycle naturally across the bar lines.
Tip: Triplets over 4/4 create a 3-against-4 polyrhythm. Don't force alignment - let them drift and reconnect.
