Play Bb-D-F as quarter notes on the off-beats (the 'and' of each beat) at 70 BPM. Count '1-and-2-and-3-and-4-and' and only play on the 'ands'. Use any comfortable fingering.
Tip: Most guitarists rush the off-beats. Imagine the click is pulling your pick toward it from behind.
