mediumString Skip Chord Tones
Play E major chord tones (E-G#-B) using only string skips - never play adjacent strings. Start on low E (6th string), skip to G# on 4th string, skip to B on 2nd string. Create ascending and descending sequences spanning 3 octaves.
Tip: String skipping forces you out of linear thinking. Wide intervals create space and sophistication in your lines.
