Play C-E-G ascending in straight eighths for 8 beats, then the same notes in swing eighths for 8 beats. Use only 5th fret C, 7th fret E, 8th fret G on the A string area. Feel the difference in your body.
Tip: Swing isn't just late eighths - it's a different physical feeling. Let your shoulder bounce differently.
