easyF Major Slide Ladder
Start with F on the 1st fret, 6th string. Play F-A-C chord tones, then slide each note up 5 frets to play the same chord tones an octave higher (6th fret F, 7th fret A, 8th fret C). Use one finger per slide. Repeat 5 times with quarter notes.
Tip: Slides connect positions instantly. Think of them as bridges between familiar territories.
