mediumCall Across Octaves
Play a simple 3-note motif in lower Ab pentatonic (4th string area). Echo it an octave higher (1st/2nd string area). The echo should be recognizable but slightly different - maybe add or subtract one note. Practice 6 different call-and-echo pairs.
Tip: Octave displacement makes simple ideas sound sophisticated. Same melody, different register, completely different feeling.
