Improvise freely in F major pentatonic, but play F (root) on every downbeat of each measure. All other notes can be on any subdivision. Practice for 8 measures straight, never missing an F on beat 1.
Tip: Your root note is home base - everything else can be chaos, but that anchor keeps you grounded.
