easyThree-Note Breath Groups
Create 4-beat phrases using only F-A-C (F major triad). Play 3 notes, rest 1 beat. Vary the order and octaves, but always return to F on beat 1 of each new phrase. Use position 1 and 2 shapes.
Tip: Silence is as important as sound. The rest beat lets your phrase sink in before the next one begins.
