Tritone Substitution Weaving

Navigate C-Am-F-G, but substitute the G chord with Db7 (tritone sub). Connect F to Db7 by moving F down to Db (maintain Ab as common tone with F). From Db7, use chromatic descent (Db-C-B-Bb) to land on C. Practice the traditional and substituted progressions alternating every 4 bars.

Tip: Tritone substitutions are harmonic magic tricks. Same function, completely different color - like seeing familiar music through a kaleidoscope.
