Play B minor pentatonic in steady groups of 5 sixteenth notes while counting in 4/4 time. Each complete pentatonic cycle displaces against the bar line. Track where beat 1 lands in the pentatonic pattern - it takes 20 sixteenth notes to align.
Tip: Advanced players live in this tension between pattern and pulse. Don't lose either - hold both simultaneously.
