hardC Major Metric Modulation Cascade
Play C major scale: 4 notes in 4/4, same 4 notes in 3/4, same 4 notes in 5/4, same 4 notes in 7/4. Each meter should feel natural and complete. The notes stay the same, only the rhythmic container changes.
Tip: Master musicians don't just play in time signatures - they inhabit them. Each meter has its own breathing pattern.
