Play Eb-F-G-Bb in a classic shuffle rhythm (triplet feel, accent on 1 and 3). Each note must be exactly the same length and volume. Record yourself or play with a metronome at 90 BPM. Any timing inconsistency means starting over.
Tip: Shuffle rhythm is not about the notes - it's about the spaces between them. Perfect spacing creates the pocket that makes people move.
