🥁Rhythm & Sync
medium3-Against-2 Polyrhythm
Left hand taps quarter notes (1-2-3-4) on your thigh. Right hand plays G pentatonic notes in groups of 3 against this: G-Bb-C, G-Bb-C. The patterns cycle every 12 beats (3×4). Start slow at 60 BPM until both hands feel independent.
Tip: Polyrhythms train your brain's rhythm center. Don't think - feel where the patterns align and diverge.
