hardBb Intervallic Leap Improvisation
Improvise in Bb pentatonic using only intervals larger than a perfect 4th. No stepwise motion allowed. Each note must be at least 6 semitones from the previous note. Focus on landing on chord tones of Bb, Eb, and F chords. Sustain each note to hear the interval clearly.
Tip: Large intervals break linear thinking patterns. Your ear starts hearing vertical relationships instead of horizontal scales.
