Play any Ab pentatonic note only on beat 4 of each measure for 2 minutes. Rest on beats 1, 2, 3. Make beat 4 feel like it's pushing toward the next measure's beat 1. Use different frets each time.
Tip: Beat 4 is the springboard. It should feel like you're leaning forward, not sitting back.
