Play phrases where every non-chord tone 'falls' into a chord tone by step. For example: Eb falls to F, Bb falls to Ab. Start with any pentatonic note, but it must resolve down to the nearest Db chord tone (Db, F, or Ab). No floating - everything resolves.
Tip: Non-chord tones create tension that wants to resolve. Use this natural pull to make your phrases feel inevitable, not random.
