Target the B notes (perfect fifth) in position 2 of E pentatonic. Play descending phrases that always resolve to B. Use the B on 9th fret D string and 7th fret high E string. Create 6 different descending paths to these B notes.
Tip: The fifth is rock's power chord note. Landing here creates stability and strength in your phrases.
