Start G pentatonic in position 1. When you reach the highest note in the box, slide up to connect with position 4. Play position 4 descending, then slide back down to position 1. Create seamless 16-note phrases that bridge both positions.
Tip: Slides are bridges between boxes. Practice the connection points until the slide feels like a natural extension of the phrase.
