Using only F#, A#, and C# (major triad), play steady quarter notes but accent every 3rd note. This creates a 3-over-4 polyrhythmic feel. Continue for 12 beats, then restart the accent pattern. Tempo: 90 BPM.
Tip: Polyrhythms sound complex but feel simple once internalized. Count the accents, don't count the beats.
