Play 3-note phrases that all end on F (the 2nd of Eb). Each phrase should feel like asking a question - use an upward motion to reach F. Start from different chord tones: Eb, G, then Bb. Keep phrases short and curious sounding.
Tip: Ending phrases on the 2nd degree creates natural tension that begs for resolution. It's the musical equivalent of raising your voice at the end of a sentence.
