mediumTriplet Against Duplet C
Left hand plays C-F-G chord progression in quarter note triplets. Right hand taps eighths on your leg. Keep both going simultaneously for 2 minutes. The rhythms should never sync except on beat 1.
Tip: Polyrhythm starts in your body. Don't think the math - feel two different time streams flowing.
