F# Metric Modulation Chain

Start playing F# pentatonic in 4/4 at eighth note tempo. Every 8 beats, the eighth note becomes a triplet eighth, then a sixteenth, then back to straight eighth. Maintain consistent note choice but let the time feel completely transform. Use metronome subdivisions to track changes.

Tip: Metric modulation is like changing gears while driving. The engine stays the same, but your relationship to speed transforms.
